MATT ENAS

PERSONAL TRAINER, NUTRITION COACH

BIOGRAPHY

I have been heavily involved with sports, fitness, and exercise my entire life. As a kid, I played every sport imaginable before developing an interest in lifting weights as a teenager. This led me to pursue a college degree in Kinesiology, during which time I began to take my overall health and fitness seriously. After graduating with honors, I obtained my professional certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have since dedicated my life to an unrelenting pursuit of optimal health and wellness.

Part of this pursuit involves sharing what I have learned over the years with others to help guide them as they embark on their own fitness journey. As a trainer, my job is not just to write fitness programs and teach people about proper technique when exercising, but to be a source of inspiration, guidance, and encouragement for my clients to become the best version of themselves both in and out of the gym.

I utilize my wealth of knowledge and experience to design programs that are specifically tailored to my client’s needs and abilities. There is no “best” way to exercise or eat – there is only what works and is sustainable for you as an individual. This idea forms the basis for my approach to creating a program for each client and makes me excited to meet and work with new people and help them achieve the fitness goals they have always wanted to.
