Our facility features six indoor and five outdoor pickleball courts that are available year round on a first come, first serve basis. Whether you are a new player looking to learn more about the sport and find a group to play with, or a more experienced player wanting to train to play at higher levels, we have options for you and everyone in between. As the fastest-growing sport in the country, pickleball is an exciting way to stay fit and have fun. But, like any sport, it’s important to ensure that your body is strong and protected from potential injuries. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our brand new Pickleball Strength Training Class!

Pickleball is a dynamic sport that demands quick movements, balance, and agility. However, these same demands can increase your risk of injury, especially if your muscles and joints aren’t properly conditioned. Our specialized strength training class is designed to help you:

  • Prevent Injuries: By strengthening the muscles around your joints, you can reduce the risk of common injuries like strains, sprains, and overuse issues.

  • Improve Balance and Agility: Core exercises and balance work will enhance your stability on the court, giving you more confidence with every step and pivot.

  • Stay Active and Pain-Free: With a focus on corrective exercises, our class helps address any muscle imbalances or weaknesses, so you can keep playing the game you love without pain or discomfort.

This program is uniquely tailored for pickleball players, and it's perfect for players of all levels—whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started. Best of all, this class offers a fun, supportive environment where you can improve both your game and your overall health.

Whether you’re looking to boost your performance or simply enjoy pickleball without the worry of injury, this class is for you! To allow for personalized attention from your coach, spots are limited and will fill up fast.

Each group will meet once per week on either Monday, Wednesday, or Friday for one hour. Pay $15 per session or $50 for the full month to save some money. To help us best schedule this upcoming class, please click the link below to indicate what days and times would work best for you. Once enough responses have been received, we will reach out to you to establish groups and a firm schedule.

Recreational Play

Drop in to play recreationally with your friends and have some fun on the court! Please note that our courts are available for pickleball on a first come, first serve basis from 8am-3pm on weekdays and from 10am-6pm on weekends, unless stated otherwise.

Non-Member Drop-in Rate: $5 per visit, or pre-pay for 10 visits ($50) and get an additional visit for FREE!

Member Rate: FREE court access with an Extended Membership or higher. Fitness members pay $5 for court access.

  • While we do not have designated times for recreational pickleball, our indoor courts are available on a first come, first serve basis from 8am-3pm on weekdays and 10am-6pm on weekends, unless stated otherwise. Our outdoor courts are available from 8am-9pm on weekdays and 10am-6pm on weekends.

  • For non-members, the drop in rate is $5 per visit. Please note that this does not provide access for the full day - it is only valid for that specific visit. If you would like to have access to the facility for the entire day, you can sign up for a membership, or purchase a Day Pass for $10.

  • Yes! Our Extended Membership provides access to our indoor and outdoor courts, and also includes access to our fitness floor and weight room. For more information about pricing, click here

  • Payment can be made at the G3 front desk when you arrive for your session. Space is limited, so please click here to reserve your spot ahead of time.
