A structured strength program facilitated through our advanced training app. This program combines convenience with personalized training, allowing athletes to track their progress while being guided by expert coaching and also have access to their workouts if they ever need to make up workouts.

These tests assess your strength, endurance, agility, and other fitness parameters to tailor th training program and track improvements over time.
Description Anthropometrics - Height, WeightSpeed & Agility - Pro Agility Shuttle (5-10-5), T-Test, 20m, etc.
Power - Vertical Jump, Med Bal Throw, etc.
Strength - Trap Bar Deadlift, 3 RM Squat, etc.
Anaerobic Capacity - 300 Yard Shuttle

Individual and Small Group Trainings
Individual
At G3 Sports and Fitness, our individual training sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each athlete. Our experienced trainers focus on developing personalized programs that enhance performance, strength, speed, and agility. Small Group (2-5)
Our small group training sessions offer athletes the opportunity to train alongside peers in the same sport. With groups of 2-5 athletes, these sessions foster a competitive yet supportive environment, allowing for individualized attention while benefiting from team dynamics. Our trainers design sport-specific programs to enhance each athlete's strengths and address their unique needs, focusing on skill development, strength, and agility. This collaborative approach encourages athletes to push each other toward achieving their personal and collective goals.
Team Training (6+)
We provide comprehensive team training programs tailored to enhance overall team performance and cohesion. Our expert trainers work closely with coaches to develop customized plans that target the specific needs of the team, focusing on key aspects such as strength, conditioning, strategy, and teamwork. With a focus on fostering unity and improving skills across the board, our sessions ensure that every team member contributes to and benefits from a cohesive training experience.
